The space
Set in a quiet side street in Vias Village, this cosy 70 m² house is ideal for family holidays, combining comfort and tranquillity.
The house has two large bedrooms on each floor. On the first floor you will find a large bedroom with a 140x200 bed. The second floor has a 140x200 bed and a convertible sofa with 140x200 mattress topper. There is a cupboard in each bedroom.
The house, located in the heart of the historic centre of Vias, stays cool all summer long. Mobile air conditioning is available if required.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

Getting around
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
Other things to note
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A deposit of €200 will be required on arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a fixed price of €60 including tax.

Groups of young people are not accepted.
